Fed. Circ. Revives Wellman Resin Patent Suit

Law360 (April 29, 2011, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday reversed a lower court's ruling that two patents held by Wellman Inc. for resins used in plastic beverage containers are invalid for indefiniteness, but affirmed that many claims of the patents are invalid for failing to set forth the best mode.
