Judge Again Denies Dismissal Of Broadcom Case

Law360 (May 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has shot down a request by Broadcom Corp.’s founders and company directors to toss a suit filed by shareholders alleging that they improperly engaged in backdating stock options.

Judge Manuel L. Real denied the dismissal motion by Broadcom founders Henry Nicolas and Henry Samueli and other company directors on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. His order did not offer additional comment.
