Md. To Sue Chesapeake Energy Over Fracking Spill

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Maryland's attorney general announced Monday that the state was planning to sue Chesapeake Energy Corp. over a well blowout that released thousands of gallons of hydraulic fracturing fluids into a creek that supplies fresh water to Chesapeake Bay.

Attorney General Douglas F.
