EPA, Corps Say New Rules Will Boost CWA Protections

Law360 (May 3, 2011, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers on Monday formally proposed new guidelines changing Clean Water Act regulations to incorporate two Supreme Court rulings that limit the law’s jurisdiction over federally protected waterways.
