Ex-Isilon CFO Wants SEC Experts Barred In Fraud Case

Law360, New York (May 3, 2011, 4:28 PM EDT) -- The former Isilon Systems Inc. chief financial officer accused of misleading investors asked a Washington state judge Monday to bar the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from bringing two rebuttal witnesses to the stand, arguing that they had nothing material to offer.
