Entergy Rises Out Of Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (May 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Almost two years after falling into bankruptcy due to customer losses and damages caused by Hurricane Katrina, Entergy New Orleans Inc. emerged from Chapter 11 on Tuesday.
