US Could Pay Big Without Yucca Alternative: GAO

Law360, New York (May 6, 2011, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The federal government's failure to replace the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository project in Nevada could cost hundred of millions of taxpayer dollars, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said Tuesday.
