House Republicans Want Details On NLRB's Boeing Suit

Law360, New York (May 6, 2011, 8:21 PM EDT) -- House Republicans told the National Labor Relations Board on Thursday to turn over documents and communications regarding the board's accusations that Boeing Co. violated federal law by transferring work to a nonunion facility in South Carolina.

House Education and the Workforce Committee chairman John Kline, R-Minn., and subcommittee of health, employment, labor and pensions chairman Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tenn., signed the May 5 letter to acting NLRB General Counsel Lafe Solomon, calling the NLRB's action "deeply troubling."
