Agilent Expands Patent Suit Vs. PixArt Over Optical-Mouse Sensors

Law360 (October 25, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has granted Agilent Technologies Inc’s motion to add two patents to the pending patent infringement lawsuit against PixArt Imaging Inc. over its optical mouse sensor technology.

The granting of the motion by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District increases to three the number of Agilent patents PixArt is charged with infringing, according to the company.
