Judge Trims Suit Over Wyo. Coal Leases

Law360, New York (May 9, 2011, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Sunday dismissed part of a suit brought by environmental groups over the government's decision to put coal mining leases in Wyoming's Powder River Basin up for sale.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly granted two essentially coterminous motions for partial judgment on the pleadings.
