Enviro Groups Seek To Block Wash. Road Work

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Conservation groups asked a federal court in Washington state Monday to block a road reconstruction project in the Suiattle River watershed because the government has allegedly failed to address the environmental impacts and the work could cause serious harm.

Seeking a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction, the North Cascades Conservation Council and Pilchuck Audubon Society argued that freezing the Suiattle River Road Project in the Mt.
