Microsoft, Others Targeted In Latest Sky Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 3:39 PM EDT) -- Sky Technologies LLC hit Microsoft Corp., Siemens AG, Dassault Systemes and other software firms with a lawsuit Wednesday in Massachusetts federal court, claiming their logistics management products infringe a group of eight Sky patents.

In its complaint, Sky pointed to software products including Microsoft ‘Dynamics,’ Siemens' "Teamcenter" and "Strategic Decision Guidance," as well as Dassault's "Enovia" and "Catia," arguing that they infringe Sky's suite of eight patents.
