EPA Can Police Emissions At Utah Questar Sites: Judge

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 5:18 PM EDT) -- A Utah federal judge ruled Wednesday that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has standing to bring Clean Air Act claims against five Questar Gas Management Co. natural gas facilities located on Indian land, and that the plants warrant regulation.
