Smith & Wesson Goes On Warpath Over Muzzle-Loader IP

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Smith & Wesson Corp. took aim at Ardesa SA and others in lawsuits Wednesday in Massachusetts and the U.S. International Trade Commission over patents related to muzzle-loading firearms, accusing them of patent infringement, unfair competition and U.S. trade law violations.
