Democratic Sens. Pitch $5B Infrastructure Bank

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- A pair of Democratic senators on Wednesday introduced a bill that would create an infrastructure bank designed to attract private investment for transportation and other projects, a proposal largely on track with one put forward in President Barack Obama's 2012 budget.
