Executive Risk Must Cover Hospital Privacy Row: Judge

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 6:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Thursday that Executive Risk Indemnity Inc. must provide coverage for most of an $11.5 million payout that the largest hospital system in West Virginia made to settle an underlying defamation and invasion of privacy suit.
