Cravath Unveils New Bankruptcy Practice

Law360, New York (May 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After years of living without, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP has decided to launch a restructuring practice, and has snagged one of the prime architects of the original Bankruptcy Code to head up the venture.

On Wednesday, Cravath sashayed into the bankruptcy world in grand fashion, revealing that veteran Richard Levin will join the firm on July 1, 2007 to spearhead the insolvency group.
