I'm Glad High Court Nixed Cipro Cert Bid: FTC Commish

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's recent refusal to hear a challenge to pay-for-delay agreements won praise from an unexpected source Wednesday, as a Federal Trade Commission official said the deals' opponents would likely fare better in other pending cases.

Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch said efforts to have the deals ruled illegal would have better luck if the entire slate of justices at the high court could hear arguments on the case.
