Asarco Sues BNSF Over $80M Cleanup

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 4:16 PM EDT) -- Asarco LLC sued BNSF Railway Co. and four others in Missouri on Thursday, seeking contributions toward an $80 million cleanup at a mining site the company has fully covered as part of its bankruptcy reorganization.
