Rambus 'Shred Days' Destroyed Evidence: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 5:11 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled on Friday that Rambus Inc. destroyed evidence relevant to its semiconductor patent lawsuit against Micron Technology Inc. in companywide "shred days" prior to litigation, and knew that the legal battle was reasonably foreseeable.
