Free Speech Can't Protect Reed Smith Atty From Suit

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 8:50 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court ruled Monday that a Reed Smith LLP attorney's free speech rights could not protect him from a suit brought by a former client claiming the attorney publicly campaigned against its redevelopment project.
