Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 6:11 PM EDT) -- While comprehensive privacy legislation is unlikely to make its way through Congress soon, a spate of recent data breaches may spur congressional leaders to push through legislation on data breach notification requirements before the end of the current two-year term, experts say.
