High Court Won't Hear BNSF Appeal Of $300M Rate Ruling

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear BNSF Railway Co.'s challenge to a 2009 order forcing it to shoulder more than $300 million in reparations and future rate relief for allegedly overcharging two utilities for coal transportation across Wyoming.
