Supreme Court Won't Hear Howmedica Polymer IP Appeal

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear Howmedica Osteonics Corp.'s challenge to a decision that three Howmedica patents were invalid, nixing the company's bid to prevent the Federal Circuit from treating patent indefiniteness as a question of pure law.
