Fuji Loses Lawsuit Over Digital Camera Patents

Law360 (October 28, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A small intellectual property consulting firm in Michigan has won a $3 million judgment against Fuji Photo Film Co. over digital-camera patents, just weeks after the company won $35 million from Canon in a dispute over the same patents.
