Lutron Files New ITC Action Over Dimmer Switches

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 8:44 PM EDT) -- Lutron Electronics Co. asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday to launch another investigation into imported dimmer switches that allegedly infringe its patents — this time targeting imports from Pass & Seymour Inc. and Elemental LED, among several others.
