1st Circ. Revives Mass. Oil Spill Law

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Tuesday overturned a ruling that prevented the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection from enforcing key provisions of a state law enacted in the wake of a large Buzzards Bay oil spill.
