Ex-Mid-America Exec Can't Ditch Investment Scheme Suit

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The former operations manager for Mid-America Energy Inc. lost his bid Tuesday to ditch a consolidated lawsuit in Tennessee alleging he conspired to sell unregistered securities as part of a fraudulent oil and gas investment scheme at the company.
