Judge Delays US, WildEarth Settlement Of ESA Cases

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Tuesday postponed any approval of the U.S. government's settlement with WildEarth Guardians of 12 cases over delayed Endangered Species Act findings, after the Center for Biological Diversity objected that the deal undermined the ESA.
