Travelers, Others Wrangle Over $3M Defense Costs

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Travelers Indemnity Co. of America and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. filed suit against several other insurers in Nevada federal court Tuesday, seeking to reallocate nearly $3 million in defense costs in a construction defect case.
