Ralph Lauren Hit With Patent Suit Over Display Tables

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 1:16 PM EDT) -- A designer sued Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. in Indiana on Monday, claiming that tables used by the clothing maker to display its wares infringe on his design patent.

Brandon S. Judkins said Ralph Lauren had the tables made and possibly imported into the U.S. to provide to its retailers for display purposes, infringing on a table design patent issued to him in April 2009.
