Judge Tosses Suit Over Baton Rouge Sewage Plants

Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 3:01 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a community group's lawsuit accusing Baton Rouge, La., of violating the Clean Water Act at three sewage treatment plants and breaching a 2002 consent decree with the government regarding improvements to the facilities.
