Sun Files Amended Complaint In Hynix Feud

Law360 (May 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- One month after a federal judge dismissed its first price-fixing complaint against Hynix Semiconductor Inc., Sun Microsystems Inc. has filed an amended complaint in the case, continuing its long-running antitrust battle against the South Korean company for allegedly inflating prices for dynamic random access memory products.
