Scruggs Son Wants Rehearing On Summary Judgment

Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- David Zachary Scruggs, convicted of failing to expose his father's scheme to bribe a state judge, on Thursday asked a Mississippi federal court to reconsider its decision not to grant his entire motion for summary judgment.
