Crocs Takes Aim At Skechers Over Shoe Patent

Law360, San Francisco (May 20, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Crocs Inc. launched a legal battle against Skechers USA Inc. in Colorado on Thursday, accusing the rival footwear maker of breaching a settlement agreement stemming from a prior dispute over a patent covering its best-selling “Crocband” model shoes.
