Nammo Talley Sues Insurers Over Cleanup Coverage

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 2:21 PM EDT) -- Defense contractor Nammo Talley Inc. sued Allstate Insurance Co. and several other insurers in Arizona on Friday, seeking coverage for contamination cleanup efforts at a weapons and aerospace materials manufacturing site.
