Bingham, Auditor Spar Over Owens Corning Fees

Law360, New York (May 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Owens Corning may be out of bankruptcy, but Bingham McCutchen LLP, which served as special international counsel and co-counsel to the debtors, is still sparring with the fee auditor in the case over its final fee application.

On Friday, Bingham McCutchen filed a limited objection to a report by the fee auditor that said the firm’s fee should decrease by more than $22,000.

Bingham McCutchen is asking for $1,937,217.75 in fees and $137,023.54 in expenses for work it did for Owens Corning between October 5, 2000...
