Ex-Fed Looks To Revive Case Over Leaked DOJ Info

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A former federal prosecutor filed a notice of appeal in Washington federal court Monday to revive his suit claiming the U.S. Department of Justice destroyed his reputation by illegally leaking information about an ethics investigation into a terrorism case he handled.
