Clark Hill Snags Ex-EPA General Counsel In DC

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency deputy general counsel joined Clark Hill PLC on Monday, beefing up the firm's environmental and political law practices.

Kenneth von Schaumburg moves into Clark Hill's Washington office following more than two years as an environmental and energy attorney at Gallagher & Kennedy PA's office in the nation's capital.

Von Schaumburg is joining Clark Hill's government and public affairs group, bringing a practice that has centered on environment and natural resource law, policy advocacy, and regulatory counseling.
