EPA Upholds Permit For Mass. Wind Farm

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 6:29 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency appeals board on Friday upheld a permit issued to Cape Wind Associates LLC, saying opponents of a proposed Massachusetts wind farm failed to show that the EPA's air quality review of the project was flawed.
