Natural Gas Contract Dispute Moved To Federal Court

Law360, New York (May 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Industrial holding company Trinity Industries Inc. filed a notice of removal Friday in federal court in a breach of contract case brought by natural gas company Equitable Resources Inc. over outstanding gas distribution fees.

The notice moved the case to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania from the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pa., where Equitable originally filed its complaint on April 12.
