Adduci, Swedish Firm Can't Shake IP Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 8:34 PM EDT) -- Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP and a Swedish law firm must face a $100 million malpractice suit brought by a former client the firms represented in numerous patent suits against computer giants, a Washington federal judge ruled Monday, denying motions to dismiss the case or have it heard in Sweden.
