FTC Can't Shake Relacore Maker's Settlement Pact Suit

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A Utah federal judge on Monday denied the Federal Trade Commission's motion to dismiss a declaratory suit by the makers of the dietary supplement Relacore, saying the court had jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement between the companies and the FTC.
