Coalition Asks DC Circ. To Nix Vt. Nuclear Plant Renewal

Circuit on Friday to review the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's decision to renew a Vermont nuclear power plant's operating license through 2032, alleging the action violated federal water pollution control standards.
