Judge Makes Docs Public In Innospec Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 25, 2011, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal magistrate judge granted Innospec Inc.'s bid Wednesday to make several documents from plaintiff NewMarket Corp. public in a suit over the fuel additive company's admission that it bribed Iraqi and Indonesian officials.

Plaintiffs Newmarket and its Afton Chemical Corp. unit failed to show the disputed documents contained confidential customer lists, sales or marketing information, or other secrets, Magistrate Judge M. Hannah Lauck ruled.
