House Unveils Bill To Ban Deceptive Health Care Ads

Law360 (May 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lawmakers have introduced legislation into the U.S. House of Representatives that would prohibit misleading and deceptive advertising or representation in the provision of health care services.
