Former Boeing Employees Sue Over Termination

Law360, New York (May 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three former employees of the Boeing Co. have filed a lawsuit accusing Boeing, a company that acquired some of its plants and the employees’ former union of conspiring to get rid of strong-minded union officials.

The suit, which was filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, alleges antitrust violations, breach of contract and violation of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, among other things against Boeing, Onex Corp., Spirit Aerosystems Inc., and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace...
