2 Plead Guilty In $806M Le-Nature's Fraud Case

Law360, New York (May 26, 2011, 7:54 PM EDT) -- Two men pled guilty in a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday to bank fraud in connection with the alleged $806 million accounting scheme at the now-defunct bottling company Le-Nature's Inc.

Jonathan E. Podlucky, 37, and Donald K. Pollinger, 68, had been facing a 30-count superseding indictment that also accused them of wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering in a case that is targeted at Podlucky's brother Gregory, the former CEO of Le-Nature's and the alleged mastermind of the plot.
