WB Mason Made Salesmen Breach Noncompetes: OfficeMax

Law360, New York (May 26, 2011, 8:17 PM EDT) -- OfficeMax Inc. slapped W.B. Mason Co. Inc. with a lawsuit in Maine on Thursday accusing the rival office supply outfit of forcing two former OfficeMax sales employees to violate nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements.

The one-count complaint accuses W.B. Mason of interfering with the former employees' continuing contractual obligations to OfficeMax. It seeks actual and exemplary damages.
