Enviro's Effort To Block Colo. Uranium Mill Stays Alive

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 4:44 PM EDT) -- A Colorado judge on Thursday kept alive an environmental group’s suit challenging Energy Fuels Inc.’s development of a new uranium mill in the western part of the state, saying the plaintiff’s claims were legitimate.

Judge Brian Whitney denied Energy Fuels and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s motions to dismiss the suit, despite objections that the court lacked jurisdiction in the case, according to plaintiff Sheep Mountain Alliance.
